1. Who we are and who sells to you
Feux aiStudio is a web service made by Feux Design. Two companies sell it, each for its own payments. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean the seller of the purchase in question, and both of them for the service as a whole.
- Card payments (euros and US dollars, through Stripe): [Mogra Oy legal name], business ID [Y-tunnus], VAT number [VAT ID], [registered address], Finland.
- Pix payments (Brazilian reais, through Woovi): [razão social], CNPJ [CNPJ], [endereço], Brazil.
The seller of each purchase is shown at checkout and on its receipt, invoice or NFS-e. Prices in reais are paid only by Pix; prices in euros and dollars only by card.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms, our Privacy policy and our Refund policy. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live, and able to enter into a contract. If you use the service for a company, you accept these terms for that company.
3. Your account
You log in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe: anyone who can read it can log in. An account is for one person. Give us correct details, including the billing details a Pix payment needs (name, CPF or CNPJ, address) for the invoice.
4. Free trial
New accounts get a free trial of 14 days on the Plus plan's tools, with 2 AI runs, 1 project and 1 GB of storage. No card or payment is needed. There is one trial per person; we may end a trial that was opened to get around this rule.
When the trial ends, your account becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Credit packs cannot be bought during the trial or without a running plan.
5. Plans and payment
Plus and Pro are monthly subscriptions. The current prices are on the pricing page in euros, US dollars and Brazilian reais. Plus allows up to 10 projects and 10 GB of storage; Pro allows unlimited projects and 50 GB. Each plan includes credits and monthly runs of the image tools.
A subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel it. By card, Stripe charges your card each month. By Pix, you authorise monthly charges through Pix Automático when you subscribe.
To confirm: Taxes: whether prices include VAT (EU, through Stripe Tax and OSS) or Brazilian taxes, and how they are shown, is to be confirmed before launch.
6. Upgrades and downgrades
- Upgrade (Plus to Pro): we charge the price difference for the rest of the current month right away, and add Pro's extra credits for that part of the month at once. With Pix, the upgrade starts once the difference is paid.
- Downgrade (Pro to Plus): it starts at your next renewal. Nothing is charged or refunded now. Projects above the Plus limit become read-only; nothing is deleted.
7. Cancelling and the end of a plan
You can cancel at any time in Plan and usage. The plan keeps working until the end of the month you paid for, and it does not renew. We do not refund the rest of a month, except where the law gives you a right to it (see Refunds).
If a renewal payment fails, the plan keeps working for a grace period of 7 days; if it is still unpaid, the plan ends.
When a plan or the trial ends, your account becomes read-only: you can open, look at and download your projects and pictures, but you cannot edit them or run AI tools. Plan credits expire at the end of the period.
8. Credits
Credits pay for AI runs. Every tool and model shows its price in credits before you start a run. Credits are not money: they have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and are refunded only as the Refund policy says.
- Plan credits come with each month of a plan and expire at the end of that month.
- Credit packs can be bought only while you have a running plan. They last 12 months from purchase and are used after your plan credits. Packs you bought stay on your account until they expire, but you can use them only while you have a plan.
- A run that fails for a technical reason gives its credits back automatically.
- A run that worked is not refunded because you do not like the result.
- For safety there are daily limits on credits per account and on runs at the same time.
We may change the price of a tool in credits. A new price never applies to a run already started.
9. Using your own OpenRouter account
You can connect your own OpenRouter account in Connections. Enhance then runs on your OpenRouter account: OpenRouter charges you directly under your own agreement with it, and those runs do not use our credits. We keep the access key encrypted, use it only for your runs, and delete it when you disconnect. We are not responsible for OpenRouter's prices, limits or availability.
10. How the AI tools work
To run a tool we send your picture, your prompt and your marks to our AI providers: OpenRouter (which passes them to the model you chose, for example ByteDance Seedream) and Replicate (Remove background, Upscale, Boost quality). They process this data for us only to make the result.
AI results can be wrong, odd or similar to pictures made for other people. Check a result before you publish it. Every generated or upscaled picture is limited to 4K (3,840 pixels on its long side).
11. Your content and the results
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us the permission we need to store, process and show it to you, only to run the service.
Between you and us, you own the results the AI tools make for you. Your use of them is subject to the licence of the model that made them (see Model licences below) and to the rights of others in what you uploaded. Make sure you have the right to use every picture, face, logo and text you upload.
Your files are stored with Bunny.net in Frankfurt (Germany), with a copy in São Paulo (Brazil). Storage limits depend on your plan.
12. What you may not do
- Upload or make illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors.
- Make sexual or degrading pictures of a real person without their consent, or pictures meant to deceive people about a real person.
- Infringe copyright, trademarks or other rights, or harass or threaten anyone.
- Get around the credit system, the limits, the trial rules or the security of the service; resell access; or use bots to scrape the service.
- Break the usage rules of our AI providers or of the models you use.
Providers may refuse a request for safety reasons. We may remove content and suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and report illegal content to the authorities.
13. Model licences
These are the models the service uses by default. The ids come straight from the app's settings. In Enhance you may choose another model; its own licence and usage rules, shown on its page at OpenRouter, apply to that run.
| Model | Used for | Through | Licence notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| bytedance-seed/seedream-5-0-flash | Enhance (default) | OpenRouter | ByteDance's Seedream, a closed model used through OpenRouter. Use follows OpenRouter's terms and ByteDance's model usage rules; commercial use of the results is allowed under them. [Lawyer: confirm the current ByteDance / BytePlus terms.] |
| 851-labs/background-remover | Remove background | Replicate | A background remover published on Replicate by 851 Labs, built on the open-source transparent-background project. Use follows Replicate's terms. [Lawyer: confirm the model's licence on its Replicate page.] |
| prunaai/p-image-upscale | Upscale, Boost quality | Replicate | Pruna AI's image upscaler, run on Replicate. Use follows Replicate's terms and Pruna AI's terms for the model. [Lawyer: confirm commercial use of the results.] |
To confirm: Each licence note is to be checked by the lawyer against the provider's current terms before launch.
14. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in Account. If your plan still renews, cancel it first. If you delete the account while a cancelled plan still has paid time left, that time ends with the account and is not refunded (apart from the rights in the Refund policy). Deleting closes the account at once: your pictures and files are removed from storage, and your projects are archived and no longer shown; what we keep, and for how long, is in the Privacy policy. We keep payment records, invoices and NFS-e for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
If you later log in again with the same email, you get a new, empty account without a new free trial.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Where we can, we tell you first and give you time to download your content.
15. Changes to the service
We keep improving the service and may add, change or remove features, tools and models. We aim to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Planned maintenance is announced when it affects you.
16. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data you could have backed up. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract, under Brazilian law (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) or the law of your EU country.
17. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we email you at least 30 days before the change applies. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then. The date at the top shows the last change.
18. Law and disputes
- Card purchases (Mogra): Finnish law applies. If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can go to its courts.
- Pix purchases (the Brazilian company): Brazilian law applies, and as a consumer you can go to the courts where you live.
Before going to court, please write to us: most problems can be solved quickly.
